With 24-hour in-store services and online delivery, the store offers high-quality products, household goods, and friendly service focusing on customer satisfaction, supplier engagement, and innovation.

The Project

We delivered a fully integrated solution in less than 3 months — a fully branded app that integrated with daves Food Stores' systems, enabling existing and prospective customers to enjoy an in-store shopping experience directly from their smartphones. The app offers unique features such as 24/7 precise delivery scheduling, eliminating inconvenient 4-hour windows or second-day delivery, direct product replacements via the e-commerce app, and express service with no minimum order.

The customer wanted to revolutionize the digital commerce industry in Malta and needed an app to perform all the typical online grocery activities such as ordering, scheduling, and editing orders before processing. The store staff app had to facilitate order picking, live replacement, print receipts from the POS system, and manage the handover for pickup or delivery.

Integration & Results

Our development process seamlessly integrated key services, yielding remarkable results. By linking the app with the ERP and POS, daves has real-time inventory updates and automated receipt printing. Stripe integration ensures precise billing, accommodating adjustments seamlessly.

The Loyalty Account system integration empowers customers to earn and redeem points effortlessly. Wolt's integration has optimised delivery logistics, ensuring timely service. These enhancements significantly boost operational efficiency, streamline processes, and amplify customer satisfaction, setting a new standard for service excellence in the industry.
